影像科护理质量满意度现状及影响因素分析

The Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Nursing Quality Satisfaction in Imaging Department

目的 探究影像科护理质量满意度现状及影响因素。方法 选择2022年1月—2022年12月期间于我院接受影像学检查的99例患者为本次研究对象,采用调查问卷的形式对患者的一般资料、护理满意度和健康教育情况进行调查,分析影响患者护理满意度的因素。结果 99例患者护理满意度平均(81.94±9.41)分,其中得分<70分10例(10.1%),70分≤得分≤80分35例(35.4%),80分<得分≤90分33例(33.3%),90分<得分≤100分21例(21.2%),患者整体护理满意度较好;不同学历、检查等待时间、检查时间、身体行动情况的患者护理满意度得分有显著差异(P <0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示患者的护理满意度得分与健康教育评分呈正相关(r=0.350,P <0.05);多重线性回归分析显示学历、检查等待时间、检查时间、身体行动情况和健康教育评分解释了患者护理满意度存在33.2%的变异量。结论 学历、检查等待时间、检查时间、身体行动情况和健康教育评分是影像科护理满意度的影响因素,建议医护人员对学历低、身体行动不便的患者要给予更多的关注,对理解能力差的患者的要加强健康教育,确保健康教育的有效性,患者等待时间过长时应安抚患者情绪。

Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of nursing quality satisfaction in imaging department.Methods A total of 99 patients who underwent imaging examination in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.The general data,nursing satisfaction and health education of patients were investigated in the form of questionnaire.The factors affecting patients'nursing satisfaction were analyzed.Results The average score of nursing satisfaction of 99 patients was(81.94±9.41),including 10 patients(10.1%)with<70 points,35 patients(35.4%)with 70 points≤the score≤80 points,33 patients(33.3%)with 80 points≤the score<90 points,and 21 patients(21.2%)with 90 points<100 points.There were significant differences in nursing satisfaction among patients with different educational background,examination waiting time,examination time and physical action(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that patients'nursing satisfaction scores were positively correlated with health education scores,and multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,examination waiting time,examination time,physical action and health education scores explained the 33.2%variance of patients'nursing satisfaction.Conclusions Education,examination waiting time,examination time,physical action and health education score are the influencing factors of nursing satisfaction in imaging department.It is suggested that medical staff should pay more attention to patients with low educational background and physical inconvenience.Patients with poor understanding should strengthen health education to ensure the effectiveness of health education,and patients should appease their emotions when the waiting time is too long.
