急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术后健康赋权的影响因素调查及针对性护理干预

The Influencing Factors-Targeted Nursing Interventions on Health Empowerment After Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的 调查急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术后健康赋权的影响因素,分析针对性护理干预后的效果。方法 纳入我院在2021年1月至2022年12月期间行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术患者78例,随机分为对照组(常规护理,n=39)与研究组(分析影响因素的基础上实施针对性护理干预,n=39)。对比两组的心率、血压、健康赋权情况、遵医行为、心功能及运动耐力。结果 在心率、血压及健康赋权评分方面,研究组优于对照组(均P <0.05)。在遵医行为评分与左室射血分数上,研究组均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。在最大运动功率、无氧阈及峰值耗氧量方面,研究组高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 对行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术的患者,根据影响因素提供针对性护理干预,有利于改善患者健康赋权状况,降低心率和血压,提高运动能力、提高心功能。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of health empowerment after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention and analyze the effects of targeted nursing interventions.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included and randomly divided into control group(routine care,n=39)and study group(targeted nursing intervention based on analysis of influencing factors,n=39).Heart rate,blood pressure,health empowerment,compliance behavior,heart function and exercise endurance were compared between the two groups.Results The study group was superior to the control group in heart rate,blood pressure and health empowerment score(all P<0.05).The scores of compliance behavior and left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).In terms of maximum exercise power,anaerobic threshold and peak oxygen consumption,the study group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions For patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention,providing targeted nursing intervention according to the influencing factors can improve the health empowerment status of patients,reduce heart rate and blood pressure,improve exercise ability and improve cardiac function.
