微视野计在偏心注视性弱视诊治中的应用

弱视是儿童常见眼病,根据注视性质可分为中心注视性弱视及偏心注视性弱视。偏心注视性弱视治疗效果差,且容易贻误最佳治疗时机。如何及时诊断并规范系统地治疗偏心注视性弱视是十分必要的,微视野技术的出现为解决这一难题提供了新的思路。本文针对偏心注视性弱视近年临床治疗进展进行综述,希望能对偏心注视性弱视的诊疗提供帮助。

Amblyopia is a common vision disorder among children.According to the characteristic of fixation,it can be divided into central fixation amblyopia and eccentric fixation amblyopia.The eccentric fixation amblyopia has poor prognosis,and the best time for treatment is easily missed.It is necessary to diagnose and systematically treat eccentric amblyopia in time,and the emergence of microperimeter provides a new idea to solve this problem.This article reviews the progress of clinical treatment of eccentric fixation amblyopia in recent years,aiming to provide help for the correct diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
