During the implementation process of bus network optimization,publicity of planning schemes and solicitation of opinions are often neglected links.The online network optimization plan announcement and solicitation of opinions were not fully prepared,and the"symbolic announcement"did not reach the real audience,resulting in public opinion problems only manifesting during the implementation stage.After the implementation of bus network optimization plans in some cities,public opposition erupted,causing the implementation of bus network optimization to be completely or partially suspended,which in turn made the public transportation authorities fearful of the implementation of bus network optimization.This article analyzes and summarizes the difficulties encountered in the implementation of domestic bus network optimization,and combines the experience of the Liupanshui central urban area bus network optimization project in 2023 to propose a publicity announcement of"highlighting improvements,wide use of channels,timely response,and steady implementation"and implementation strategies to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of publicity and publicity for the optimization and implementation of the bus network,so that valuable opinions can be truly collected during the publicity and publicity process for the optimization of the bus network,and drive modifications and adjustments to the plan,promote the implementation of the optimization of the network,and ultimately improve The implementation completion degree of the network optimization plan.
