急诊护士组织沉默现状及其影响因素分析

Current situation and influencing factors of organizational silence among emergency nurses

摘要 目的探讨急诊护士组织沉默现状并分析其影响因素,为开展相关干预提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年4—7月选取空军军医大学第一附属医院急诊科的150名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士组织沉默测评问卷、情绪智力量表对研究对象进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析急诊科护士组织沉默与情绪智力的相关性;采用多元线性回归分析护士组织沉默的影响因素。结果本研究共发放问卷150份,回收有效问卷132份,有效回收率为88.00%(132/150)。132名急诊护士组织沉默测评问卷得分为(60.83±13.52)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,急诊护士情绪智力与组织沉默呈负相关(r=-0.410,P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,急诊护士的性别、受教育程度、工作年限、自觉经济水平和情绪智力水平是其组织沉默的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释33.9%的变异。结论护理管理者应重点关注女性、受教育程度较低、工作年限较短、自觉经济水平较差的护士,并且开展相关培训以提高护士的情绪智力,从而降低急诊护士的组织沉默水平。 Objective To explore the current situation of organizational silence among emergency nurses and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for interventions.Methods From April to July 2023,convenience sampling was used to select 150 nurses from the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University as the research subject.These subjects were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,Nurse Organizational Silence Evaluation Questionnaire and the Emotional Intelligence Scale.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between organizational silence and emotional intelligence among emergency nurses,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurse organizational silence.Results A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed,and 132 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 88.00%(132/150).The score of the Nurse Organizational Silence Evaluation Questionnaire of 132 emergency nurses was(60.83±13.52).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between emotional intelligence and organizational silence in emergency nurses(r=-0.410,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level,work years,perceived economic level,and emotional intelligence were the influencing factors of organizational silence among emergency nurses(P<0.05),which could explain 33.9%of the variation.Conclusions Nursing managers should focus on nurses who are female and with low education levels,short working years,and low perceived economic levels,and provide training to improve their emotional intelligence,thereby reducing the level of organizational silence among emergency nurses.
