隋唐长安城东北角夹城及十王宅遗址2023年度发掘简报

Preliminary Report on the Excavation of the Double-walled City in the Northeast Corner of the Sui-and-Tang-Dynasties Chang’an City and the Shiwangzhai Site in 2023

隋唐长安城东北角夹城及十王宅遗址位于隋唐长安城遗址东北部。2023年5月至12月,西安市文物保护考古研究院对该遗址区域内外郭城北城墙、十王宅北坊墙、北坊墙外的排水沟、北坊墙与外郭城北城墙之间的唐代地面、十王宅内院落院墙墙基进行了主动性发掘,清理了坊墙、院墙、路面、排水沟等遗迹,并解剖了外郭城北城墙、十王宅北坊墙、北坊墙外排水沟、十王宅院墙墙基。本文即是对2023年度发掘工作主要收获的简报。

The double-walled city in the northeast corner of the Sui-and-Tang-Dynasties Chang’an City and the Shiwangzhai site are located in the northeast part of the Chang’an City site.From May to December 2023,the Xi'an Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics Conservation and Archaeology conducted excavations at a series of locations in the Sui-and-Tang-Dynasties Chang’an City,including the north city wall of the outer city,the north wall of the Shiwangzhai fang grid,the drainage ditch outside the north wall of the Shiwangzhai fang grid,the Tang Dynasty ground between the north wall of the Shiwangzhai fang grid and the north city wall of the outer city,and the courtyard walls of the Shiwangzhai fang grid.The excavations revealed traces of fang grid walls,courtyard walls,roads,drainage ditches,and so forth.Test excavations were also carried out at the north city wall of the outer city,the north wall of the Shiwangzhai fang grid,the drainage ditch outside the north wall of the Shiwangzhai fang grid,and the foundation of the courtyard walls of the grid.This paper presents a brief report on the main findings of the excavation in 2023.
