华阳二矿151204工作面巷旁充填沿空留巷工艺研究

摘要 针对华阳二矿151204工作面留设煤柱导致煤炭资源浪费问题,进行矸石充填采煤工艺研究,采用小移量、垫枕木等措施保证充采设备作业稳定,利用全卸孔、设置挡矸板以及液压夯实机完成矸石充填与夯实;设计矸石墙配合无煤柱锚网梁联合支护巷旁支护工艺;采用巷旁充填沿空留巷工艺的工作面80~85 m后巷道和充填体均能达到稳定状态。 In view of the waste of coal resources caused by coal pillars in the 151204 working face of Huayang No.2 Mine,the mining technology of gangue filling was studied.Measures such as small displacement and sleepers were adopted to ensure the stable operation of the filling and mining equipment,and the gangue filling and tamping were completed by full discharge holes,setting of waste board and hydraulic compaction machine.Design the supporting technology of gangue wall combined with anchor net beam without coal pillar;The roadway and the backfill body can reach a stable state after 80m~85m of the working face with the goal-side filling technology.
