深埋薄基岩厚煤层工作面开采论证与液压支架选型研究

摘要 为保障深埋薄基岩厚煤层工作面安全高效生产,本文结合郭屯煤矿三采区地质条件,从安全、技术、环境和经济方面对采煤工艺进行了四位一体化的分析论证,并对液压支架进行选型,利用数值模拟软件验证了工作面液压支架设备配套的可行性。研究结果表明:薄基岩厚煤层工作面采用一次采全高采煤工艺相较于放顶煤工艺具有良好的的经济效益;工作面选用基本液压支架为ZY13000/28/63D型支架能够满足工作面的正常回采要求。深埋薄基岩大采高综采面设备配套将为矿井的安全高效生产提供保障。 In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of deep buried thin bedrock and thick coal seam working faces,this article combines the geological conditions of the third mining area of Guotun Coal Mine to analyze and demonstrate the coal mining process from the aspects of safety,technology,environment,and economy.The hydraulic support is selected,and the feasibility of supporting the hydraulic support equipment in the working face is verified using numerical simulation software.The research results indicate that using the full height coal mining technology in a single mining process for thin bedrock and thick coal seams has good economic benefits compared to the top coal caving technology;The basic hydraulic support selected for the working face is the ZY13000/28/63D type support,which can meet the normal mining requirements of the working face.The matching equipment of deep buried thin bedrock and high mining height fully mechanized mining face will provide guarantee for safe and efficient production of the mine.
