摘要
黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站4号机组为引进国外技术、国内生产制造的典型水泵水轮发电机组。在运行过程中,始终存在水轮机工况并网难、甩负荷过程中机组存在强烈压力脉动等问题。经过多轮水力优化,4号机组转轮由原来的9叶片结构改为6+6长短叶片结构,为我国自主研发且国内外首次应用的全新转轮。本文通过对改造前后机组各方面性能的对比,对黑麋峰全新4号机组运行稳定性能进行总结,以期为今后我国抽水蓄能电站机组的改造工作提供参考和借鉴。
Unit 4#of Heimifeng pumped storage power station is a typical pump turbine generator unit manufactured in China and imported foreign technology.In the process of operation,there are always some problems,such as the difficulty of grid connection under hydraulic turbine working conditions,strong pressure pulsation of the unit in the process of load rejection and so on.After multi times hydraulic optimization,the runner of unit 4#is changed from the original 9 blades structure to 6+6 long and short blades structure.It is a new runner independently developed in China and applied for the first time domestic and abroad.Through the comparison of various aspects of unit performance before and after transformation,this paper summarizes the operation stability performance of Heimifeng new unit 4#to provide reference for the transformation of pumped storage power station units in China in the future.
