大功率逆变电源典型故障原因分析及改进措施

摘要 根据GJB9001C-2017中质量问题处理的相关工作要求,对大功率逆变电源调试过程中出现的两例典型设备保护停机故障进行定位和机理分析,并采取措施排除故障,进行问题复现,验证整改措施,确定故障原因为逆变电路电容载流量或者电容大小不满足设计及使用的工况要求,产品质量得到大幅提升并有效的丰富了设备故障库。最后经过举一反三,明确后续电路设计要充分考虑在整个电路中的载流量要求,以及多台逆变电源并联配合时电容的选择要求,谨慎选型。 According to the relevant requirements of quality problem treatment in GJB9001C-2017,this paper analyzes the mechanism of two typical equipment protection shutdown faults that occurred during the debugging process of high-power inverter power supply,and takes measures to eliminate the faults,repeats the problems,and verifies the rectification measures.This paper determines the cause of the fault is that the capacitance current carrying capacity or capacitance of inverter circuit does not meet the design and use of the working condition,and greatly improves the product quality and effectively enriches the equipment fault library.Finally,by analogy,it is clear that the subsequent circuit design should fully consider the current carrying capacity requirements in the entire circuit,as well as the selection requirements of capacitor when multiple inverter power supplies are connected in parallel,and it is necessary to select carefully.
