数字转型背景下,为解决政府信息化建设中存在的数据孤岛等问题,文章通过“苏商通”服务平台提供政策信息服务、业务数字化支持服务,同时根据企业刚需升级前期平台,持续提升平台的基础服务能力,赋能增效各部门、各板块的企业服务工作,推进精细化企业服务体系建设。文章以苏州市政府推出的“苏商通”为例,深入探讨了政务数字化创新在技术驱动和服务优化方面的实践与经验,揭示了数字化转型在政务领域的重要性和影响。

Under the background of digital transformation,in order to solve the data isolated island and other problems that existed in the past government informatization construction,based on the “SuShangTong” service platform,it continues to provide policy information services,business digitalization support services,and at the same time upgrades the pre-platform according to the immediate needs of enterprises,continuously improves and consolidates the platform's basic service capabilities,and shelves explosive applications to empower and synergize the enterprise service work of various departments and boards,and to promote the construction of a refined enterprise service system.This paper takes “SuShangTong” launched by Suzhou municipal government as an example,and discusses in depth the practice and experience of digital innovation in government affairs in terms of technology-driven and service optimization,and reveals the importance and impact of digital transformation in the field of government affairs.
