通过东部非洲公路项目管理实践,笔者对东非公路项目管理有了新的收获,明确了对项目对施工进度把控、项目成本控制、质量控制的重要性,以及合同条款变更对于项目实施的影响,要牢固树立项目施工“安全第一”的管理理念。

Through the practice of East African highway project management,the author has gained new insights into East African highway project management,clarifying the importance of controlling construction progress,project cost,and quality,as well as the impact of contract terms on project implementation.It is necessary to firmly establish the management concept of"safety first"in project construction.
