止声汤加味治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重期风寒袭肺证的疗效

Modified Zhisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis with Wind-Cold Attacking Lung Syndrome

目的:研究止声汤加味治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重期风寒袭肺证的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月在南京医科大学康达学院教学医院就诊的108例慢性支气管炎急性加重期风寒袭肺证患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上采用止声汤加味治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎症指标、免疫指标,统计不良反应。结果:研究组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、咳痰、发热消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗2周后研究组白细胞计数(WBC)、白细胞介素(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗2周后研究组和对照组免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)指标均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止声汤加味治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重期风寒袭肺证疗效显著,能缩短症状消失时间,改善炎症状态及免疫功能,安全性高。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of modified Zhisheng decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with wind-cold attacking lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 108 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis treated in Kangda College Teaching Hospital,Nanjing Medical University,from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated the same plus modified Zhisheng decoction.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance,inflammatory index,immune index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of cough,and fever in study group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),and 2 weeks after treatment,white blood cell count,interleukin(IL-6),c-reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the indexes of immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM)in the study group and the control group were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhisheng decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with wind-cold attacking lung syndrome,and it can shorten the duration of symptom,improve the inflammatory state and immune function with high safety.
