醋酯织物的天然姜黄素染色性能及染色动力学

摘要 为研究天然姜黄素染料对醋酯织物的染色性能,探讨了染色温度、染色时间、染液pH对染色织物K/S值的影响,测试了染色织物的耐摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度,并将姜黄素对醋酯纤维的上染速率曲线与染色动力学模型进行拟合。结果表明:天然姜黄素染料能较好地上染醋酯织物,在染料用量较少且无媒染剂的条件下获得较高的得色量。姜黄素上染醋酯织物的适宜染色工艺条件为:染色温度85℃,染色时间50 min,染液pH=6。染色醋酯织物的耐摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度均达到4级及以上;姜黄素对醋酯纤维的吸附符合准二级动力学模型。 To study the dyeing performance of natural curcumin dyes on acetate fabrics,the effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time and pH of dyeing solution on the K/S value of dyed fabrics are investigated.The color fastness to rubbing and soaping are evaluated.The dyeing rate curve of curcumin dye on acetate fibers is fitted with a dyeing kinetics model.The results show that natural curcumin dye can effectively dye acetate fabrics with high color yield under low dye dosage and no mordant.The suitable dyeing conditions of acetate fabrics with curcumin dye are:pH=6 of dyeing solution,dyeing at 85℃ for 50 min.The color fastnesses to rubbing and soaping of dyed acetate fabric can reach Grade 4 or above.The adsorption of curcumin dye on acetate fibers conforms to quasi-second-order kinetic model.
