摘要
胶原蛋白具有优异的生物相容性、高效的生物降解性、低免疫原性以及胶原宿主和组织之间的协调性,但其机械性能和抗酶解速率都较低,通过对胶原蛋白进行交联,以提高其结构的稳定性,分析了物理交联、化学交联和生物交联制备的胶原蛋白材料的优缺点,并展望了其未来的发展方向。
Collagen has excellent biocompatibility,efficient biodegradability,low immunogenicity,and coordination between collagen host and tissue.However,in many cases,its mechanical properties and resistance to enzymatic digestion are low.Collagen-modified crosslinking technologies are adopted.The advantages and disadvantages of collagen materials prepared by physical cross-linking,chemical cross-linking and biological crosslinking are analyzed,and the research fields in future are prospected.
