帽型H型钢嵌合型组合桩在软土基坑中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了帽型H型钢嵌合型组合桩及其工程应用,主要内容涉及帽型钢板桩的相关介绍及该围护体系的设计和施工等方面。将热轧宽幅帽型钢板桩和H型钢通过简易嵌合装置连接组成帽型H型钢嵌合型组合桩,因其工厂化加工和简易嵌合连接,具有组合形式丰富、对周边环境影响小、工期短、工序简单、运输方便、抗弯刚度大、止水性能好、轻量化、绿色可回收等特点。本文以杭州市拱墅区某软土基坑新建小学及社会停车库工程为例,提出了帽型H型钢嵌合型组合桩的设计和施工方案,并通过现场监测分析验证了嵌合型组合桩实际运用的可行性和安全性,对该工法的推广和应用贡献了较大参考价值。该围护型式在实际工程中的成功运用,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 This work introduces the H+Hat shaped embedded steel sheet pile and its engineering application.The primary focus is on introducing the hat-shaped steel sheet piles and the design and construction of the enclosure system.H+Hat shaped embedded steel sheet pile is a combination of hot-rolled wide-width hat-shaped steel sheet piles and H-shaped steel through a simple fitting device.The simple fitting connection offers various combination forms and possesses characteristics such as minimal impact on the surrounding environment,short construction period,straightforward process,convenient transportation,high flexural rigidity,good water-proof performance,light weight,and green recyclability.Using the construction project of a new primary school and social parking garage in a soft soil foundation pit in Gongshu District,Hangzhou City,as an example,this work proposes the use of H+Hat shaped embedded steel sheet pile.On-site monitoring and analysis were employed to verify the feasibility and safety of the practical application of the embedded piles.This contribution adds significant reference value to the popularization and application of this construction method.
