摘要
为更好地解决应急救援人员的心理健康问题,依据指标体系构建原则,运用AHP-FCE法构建应急救援人员EAP实施效果评价体系,并以内蒙古某煤制油分公司为例进行评价。结果表明:该公司应急救援人员参与的EAP实施效果良好,并针对员工满意度及社会影响2个实施效果薄弱环节提出对策。研究结果可为应急救援人员EAP实施效果的优化改进提供方向。
In order to better solve the mental health problems of emergency rescue personnel,according to the principle of the index system construction,AHP-FCE method was used to construct the EAP implementation effect evaluation system for emergency rescue personnel.A coal to liquid branch company in Inner Mongolia was taken as an example to carried out the evaluation.The results show that the EAP implementation effect of emergency rescue personnel in the branch company is good.The countermeasures were proposed for two weak links of the implement effect,i.e.,employee satisfaction and social influence.The results of this study can provide a reference for the optimization and improvement of the of the EAP implementation effect.
