基于SNA的消防政务微博网络特征及影响力分析

摘要 为探究各级消防政务微博间的互动关系,厘清消防政务微博网络特征及影响力,以省级及以上消防政务微博为研究对象,引入社会网络分析方法,从网络整体机构、网络节点属性及网络子群分析3个方面对我国消防政务微博网络进行分析,全面揭示其总体架构、节点布局、形成规律。研究结果表明:我国省级及以上消防政务微博间形成了紧密、连通的网络结构,网络节点分布呈现出“核心—串联—互动—边缘”特征;消防政务微博的影响力与其在消防政务微博网络中的角色与位置成正相关,中国消防微博为核心机构与意见领袖。从突出核心、强化协同、加强对接、构建矩阵等方面协同发力,推动全国消防政务微博网络深度发展。 In order to explore the interactive relationships between fire government microblog at all levels and clarify the network characteristics as well as the influence of fire government microblogs,the fire government microblog network was analyzed from the three aspects of the overall network organization,network node attributes and network subgroup analysis by taking the fire government microblogs at the provincial level or above as the research object based on social network analysis(SNA),to comprehensively reveal its overall structure,node layout and formation rules.The results show that the close and connected network structure is formed among the fire government microblogs above provincial level in China,and the network node distribution presents the characteristics of“core-series-interaction-edge”.The influence of the fire government microblogs is positively correlated with its role and position in the fire government microblog network.China Fire Protection Microblog is the core organization and opinion leader in the next stage,it is necessary to highlight the core,strengthen coordination,strengthen docking,and build a matrix to promote the in-depth development of the national fire protection government microblog network.
