电针联合针刺十三鬼穴治疗卒中相关异态睡眠疗效观察

Efficacy observation of electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints on strokerelated dyssomnias

目的:观察电针联合针刺十三鬼穴治疗卒中相关异态睡眠的疗效。方法:将60例有异态睡眠的卒中患者随机分为两组各30例。治疗组采用电针联合针刺十三鬼穴治疗,对照组采用常规电针治疗,每周治疗5次,4周为1个疗程。于治疗前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和快速眼动睡眠期行为障碍量表(RBDSQ)进行评分。结果:治疗后两组PSQI、RBDSQ评分均较前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合针刺十三鬼穴治疗能改善卒中患者的异态睡眠症状,疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints on stroke-related dyssomnias.Methods:60 cases of stroke patients with dyssomnias were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints,while the control group was treated with routine electroacupuncture.5 times a week,and 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The sleep quality was scored by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder screening questionnaire(RBDSQ)before and after treatment.Results:After treatment in two groups,the scores of PSQI and RBDSQ were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints can improve the dyssomnias symptoms of patients with stroke,and the clinical efficacy is better.
