基于沉积模拟实验平台的多轴控制系统设计

摘要 为研究自然界的沉积现象,设计了一套基于活动底板的沉积模拟实验平台多轴控制系统。该系统以西门子SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC为核心,基于比值串级PID控制算法,通过V90伺服驱动系统,控制沉积模拟实验平台的20块活动底板做姿态运动,模拟各种地质现象。该系统能够实现姿态的NX MCD虚拟仿真、活动底板姿态构造。利用OpenGL技术搭建的上位机三维软件能够实现对各活动底板姿态数据监控等功能。经仿真以及实际测试,控制系统的同步性、协调性良好,满足对沉积模拟实验平台的多轴控制需求。 In order to study the sedimentary phenomena in nature,a multi-axis control system of sedimentary simulation experimental platform based on movable floor is designed.The system takes Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC as the core,and based on the ratio serial PID control algorithm,through the V90 servo drive system,it controls 20 movable base plates of the sedimentary simulation experimental platform to do the attitude movement and simulate various geological phenomena.The system can realize the NX MCD virtual simulation of the attitude and the attitude construction of the active floor.The 3D software of the upper computer built by OpenGL technology can realize the monitoring and other functions of the attitude data of each active floor.Through simulation and practical tests,the synchronization and coordination of the control system are good,which meets the multi-axis control requirements of the deposition simulation experiment platform.
