摘要 为有效解决刮板输送机链条松紧不当的问题,实现煤矿综采面的安全稳定生产,通过分析PID控制、模糊控制各自的优势,将模糊PID控制应用于输送机自动张紧系统,并利用Simulink软件搭建模糊PID控制系统仿真模型。经对比验证,采用模糊PID控制不仅耗时短、无超调量,且张力大小变化迅速,最终趋向张力稳定值(55 kN),说明该系统能够很好地实现链条的自动张紧控制。 In order to effectively solve the problem of improperly loosening and tightening the chain of scraper conveyor,and realize the safe and stable production of coal mining surface,we analyze the respective advantages of PID control and fuzzy control,apply the fuzzy PID control to the automatic tensioning system of the conveyor,and build the simulation model of fuzzy PID control system by using Simulink software.After comparative verification,the use of fuzzy PID control not only consumes short time and has no overshooting amount,but also the tension size changes rapidly and eventually tends to the tension stability value(55 kN),which indicates that the system can well realize the automatic tensioning control of the chain.
