一种SF_(6)快速充气装置的设计与应用

摘要 SF_(6)压力下降会导致电气设备内部绝缘降低,引发跳闸,影响电力系统的稳定运行。SF_(6)设备带电补气是针对压力下降的重要运维手段,但传统的充气工具存在型号不通用、装配繁杂、充气距离有限、气瓶搬运困难、无安全措施等不足。因此,在传统充气工具基础上提出一种改进的快速充气装置,并为该装置引入公-母快速接头、增加安全阀设计、延长充气管道。通过开展气密性试验、可靠性试验、安全阀试验,证明该快速充气装置具有良好的气密性和可靠性,安全阀能发挥紧急切断管路的作用。该装置具有拆装便捷、接口通用、充气距离延长、无需搬运气瓶、紧急隔离措施等优点,对提高电力系统SF_(6)带电补气作业效率和安全性具有重要意义。 The pressure drop of SF_(6)can lead to a decrease in internal insulation of electrical equipment,causing tripping and affecting the stable operation of the power system.Charging SF_(6)equipment while energized is an important maintenance method to address pressure drop.However,traditional charging tools have drawbacks such as incompatible models,complicated assembly,limited charging distance,difficult cylinder handling,and lack of safety measures.Therefore,an improved rapid inflation device is proposed based on traditional inflation tools,and a male female quick connector is introduced,a safety valve design is added,and the inflation pipeline is extended for the device.Through airtightness tests,reliability tests,and safety valve tests,it is proven that the rapid charging device has good airtightness and reliability,and the safety valve can cut off the pipeline in case of emergencies.The device has advantages such as easy disassembly and assembly,universal interface,extended charging distance,no need for cylinder handling,and emergency isolation measures.It is of great significance in improving the efficiency and safety of SF_(6)charging operations in power systems.
