摘要
随着国家对核电站建设力度不断加大,国外企业不再对我国核电领域产品进行供货。为摆脱国外企业对快速接头供货的束缚,国产化研制势在必行。核电站疏水、排气系统离不开快速接头的使用,快速接头可以提高管路的插拔连接效率,能够方便、快速、安全地接通和断开工作介质。基于此,针对快速接头进行分析研制,改良了不合理的结构设计,以保证改良后的快速接头能较快投入使用并满足技术参数的要求,实现核电机组安全、稳定、可靠运行。
With the continuous strengthening of the country′s efforts in the construction of nuclear power plants,and foreign enterprises no longer supplying products in the field of nuclear power in China,it is imperative to develop domestically in order to break free from the constraints of foreign enterprises on the supply of quick connectors.The drainage and exhaust systems of nuclear power plants cannot be separated from the use of quick connectors.Quick connectors can improve the efficiency of pipeline plugging and connection,and can facilitate,quickly,and safely connect and disconnect working media.Based on this,this paper analyzes and develops quick connectors,improves unreasonable structural design,ensures that the improved quick connectors are put into use quickly and meet the requirements of technical parameters,achieve the safety of nuclear power units stable and reliable operation.
