复杂地质条件下的煤矿掘进与支护技术的应用研究

摘要 针对复杂地质条件下煤矿掘进效率低、支护工程量大、掘进与支护不匹配等问题,对复杂地质条件下的煤矿掘进与支护技术进行研究。以煤矿延伸巷开掘为工程应用背景,研究了提高煤矿巷道开掘和支护进度的工艺与装备。使用快掘装备提高了复杂地质条件下巷道的开掘进度,通过智能掘锚机自身搭载的锚杆钻机加快巷道的支护,实现了快速掘进。该研究为解决复杂地质条件下掘进速度慢、掘支不匹配提供了解决方案。 To address the issues of low excavation efficiency,large amount of support engineering,and mismatch between excavation and support in coal mines under complex geological conditions,research is conducted on coal mine excavation and support technology under complex geological conditions.Based on the engineering application background of coal mine extension roadway excavation,the technology and equipment to improve the progress of coal mine roadway excavation and support were studied.The use of fast excavation equipment has improved the excavation progress of tunnels under complex geological conditions,and the support of tunnels has been accelerated through the anchor rod drilling machine carried by the intelligent anchor machine,achieving fast excavation.This study provides a solution for solving the problem of slow excavation speed and mismatched excavation support under complex geological conditions.
