摘要
针对煤层智能化开采程度低的问题,提出一种基于CAN总线的液压支架电液控制系统。在分析煤层采煤工艺的基础上设计了电液控制系统的硬件结构,并根据实际控制需求进行了软件设计。通过双CAN总线通信实验发现,控制系统可以实现远程对通信功能的控制,可提高液压支架电液控制的效率。
A hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system based on CAN bus is proposed to address the low level of intelligent mining in coal seams.Based on the analysis of coal mining technology,the hardware structure of the electro-hydraulic control system was designed,and software design was carried out according to actual control requirements.Through dual CAN bus communication experiments,it was found that the control system can achieve remote control of communication functions,which can improve the efficiency of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control.
