合肥地区图书馆古籍保护路径及对策研究

On the Protection of Ancient Books in Libraries of Hefei and the Countermeasures

在新时代大力推进古籍工作的背景下,合肥地区图书馆的古籍保护工作得到重视。经调查,合肥地区共有13家图书馆为主要的古籍收藏单位,在原生性保护、再生性保护和传承性保护方面部署了一系列措施,诸如重视古籍普查和库房建设与管理、着力古籍修复室建设和破损古籍修复、推进古籍数字化和整理出版、谋求馆校合作和人才梯队建设等。鉴于合肥地区各图书馆古籍藏量和保存状态不一,古籍保护面临新的发展契机,应重视地方文化资源保护、推动地方性政策与法规的建立、推进古籍保护技术的研发与应用、加强馆际交流与合作,实现古籍保护的标准化、专业化和科学化,依托地区优势打造本土文化亮点,增强合肥城市文化软实力。

In the context of vigorously promoting the work of ancient books in the new era,the protec⁃tion of these books in libraries of Hefei has received more attention.According to the investigation,there are a total of 13 libraries in Hefei as the main institutions for collecting ancient books,and they have deployed a series of measures in terms of original,regenerative and inheritance protection,such as attaching importance to the census of ancient books and construction and management of repository for ancient books,focusing on the construction of ancient book restoration rooms and restoration of damaged ancient books,promoting the digitization,organization,and publication of ancient books,seeking cooperation between libraries and schools,and talent team construction.Given the varying col⁃lection and preservation status of ancient books in various libraries of Hefei,in the face of new devel⁃opment opportunities in the protection of ancient books,it is necessary to attach importance to the pro⁃tection of local cultural resources,promote the establishment of local policies and regulations,promote the research and application of ancient book protection technology,strengthen the inter⁃library com⁃munication and cooperation for standardization,specialization,and scientific development of ancient book protection,and rely on regional advantages to create local cultural highlights,so as to enhance the cultural soft power of Hefei.
