碳中和背景下农产品国际贸易绿色转型研究

Research on the Green Transformation of International Agricultural Trade under the Background of Carbon Neutralization

我国于2020年提出双碳目标、2022年提出推进农业绿色转型。在此背景下,反观农产品国际贸易不难发现,在农产品贸易中仍然存在诸如出口产品缺乏竞争优势、农业企业技术水平低、难以突破绿色壁垒、出口环境不断恶化等问题。为实现农业碳中和与农业绿色转型、解决农产品贸易绿色转型,本文以碳中和理论为背景,分析农产品出口贸易现状、存在问题与转型驱动因素,并利用层次分析法,从政府部门、从业者、消费者三个维度构建指标体系,提出促进农产品贸易绿色转型的具体措施,以供参考。

China put forward the dual carbon goals in 2020 and the green transformation of agriculture in 2022.Focusing on international trade of agricultural products under this framework,it is obvious that there are still problems in agricultural trade,such as lack of competitive advantages in export products,low technical capabilities of agribusiness,difficulty in passing green barriers,and worse export environment.To realize carbon neutralization and green transformation of agriculture and address the green transformation of agricultural trade,the paper analyses the current situation,existing problems,and transformation driving force of agricultural trade against the backdrop of carbon neutrality theory.It aims to establish an indicator system based on the perspective of governmental departments,individuals involved in the industry,and consumers,and puts forward specific measures to promote the green transformation of agricultural trade by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.
