德泽水库引水济曲工程规划

摘要 曲靖中心城市水资源匮乏,规划建设德泽水库引水济曲工程,为曲靖建设云南副中心城市提供坚实的水资源保障。选择三个方案十项进行比选,最终选定方案一。采用有压管道结合无压隧洞的输水方式布置输水线路,总长31.852km,无压隧洞2座总长30.742km,有压管道2条总长1.155km。年供水量3.1亿m^(3),设计流量14m^(3)/s,估算投资20.73亿元。完善施工用地审批手续,顺利施工。 Due to the scarcity of water resources in the central city of Qujing,the Deze Reservoir Water to Qujing Project is planned and constructed to provide a solid water resource guarantee for the construction of Qujing as a sub central city in Yunnan.Three options are compared in ten items,and option one is ultimately chosen.The water transmission line is arranged using a combination of pressurized pipelines and non pressurized tunnels,with a total length of 31.852km.There are two non pressurized tunnels with a total length of 30.742km,and two pressurized pipelines with a total length of 1.155km.The annual water supply is 310 million m^(3),design flow rate 14m^(3)/s and estimated investment 2.073 billion yuan.The approval procedures for construction land is improved to ensure smooth construction.
