高速养护工程中超薄罩面技术的应用——以昆石高速公路为例

摘要 在我国道路交通量日益增加的背景下,高速公路的养护工作越来越重要,作为一种新兴的养护技术,因其提高行车安全、降低噪音和改善排水性能的特点而被广泛应用。本文以昆石高速公路养护工程为例,详细介绍了超薄罩面技术的实际应用。该高速公路在养护中采用了特制的沥青混合料进行超薄层施工,不仅显著改善了路面性能,还延长了路面寿命,同时因快速施工特点,极大减少了对交通的影响。 Against the backdrop of increasing road traffic in China,the maintenance of highways is becoming increasingly important.As an emerging maintenance technology,it is widely used due to its characteristics of improving driving safety,reducing noise,and improving drainage performance.This article takes the maintenance project of Kunshi Expressway as an example to introduce in detail the practical application of ultra-thin covering technology.The expressway adopts specially made asphalt mixture for ultra-thin layer construction during maintenance,which not only significantly improves the pavement performance but also extends the pavement life.At the same time,due to the fast construction characteristics,it greatly reduces the impact on traffic.
