摘要
公路隧道受限于目前技术限制,无法对地质情况有着具体的前期勘测,使得其在开挖过程中极易发生涌水突泥现象,甚至对于岩石集中地区,其内部存在高应力,也易发生岩爆从而导致坍塌,造成损失。由于无法很好地在施工前对地质进行准确预报,因此有必要施工过程中对其地质进行动态分析,从而动态制定相应的方法,保证隧道开挖的安全性。本文以某一云南特长为案例介绍该基于动态综合地质分析的公路隧道掘进安全风险预控,通过对其在施工阶段在隧道掘进过程中的数据进行采集、管理和分析,并针对可能出现的风险提出相应的风险预控方法。据统计,自隧道开工以来,采用了预处治开挖施工工法,规模性塌方事故基本未发生,隧道正有序掘进,施工安全可控,证明该施工工法具有较好的塌方预防效果,拟为相关类似工程提供参考。
Due to current technological limitations,highway tunnels are unable to conduct specific preliminary geological surveys,which makes them prone to water and mud inrush during excavation.Even in areas with concentrated rocks,high internal stress can lead to rockburst and collapse,resulting in losses.Due to the inability to accurately predict geology before construction,it is necessary to conduct dynamic analysis of its geology during the construction process,in order to develop corresponding methods dynamically and ensure the safety of tunnel excavation.This article takes a Yunnan specialty as a case study to introduce the safety risk pre control of highway tunnel excavation based on dynamic comprehensive geological analysis.By collecting,managing,and analyzing data during the tunnel excavation process during the construction phase,corresponding risk pre control methods are proposed for possible risks.According to statistics,since the start of the tunnel construction,the pre treatment excavation construction method has been adopted,and large-scale collapse accidents have basically not occurred.The tunnel is being excavated in an orderly manner,and the construction safety is controllable,proving that this construction method has good collapse prevention effect.It is intended to provide reference for similar projects.
