城镇污泥处置方式的选择主要取决于污泥无害化、资源化和处置方式的运行稳定性等性能。我国城镇污泥产量大、成分复杂,不同地区污泥性质差异较大,然而技术人员对方案比选主要凭借专业经验及简单的性能比较来确定方案,不能优选出污泥处置综合价值和经济效益最大化的方案。本文应用价值工程原理比选城镇污泥处置方式,通过实际案例分析,建立功能评价指标体系,从而科学合理地选出最佳城镇污泥处置方式。

The selection of municipal sludge disposal methods depends on the performance of sludge harmlessness,resourcefulness,and operational stability.There is large production of municipal sludge with a complex composition and varying nature across different regions in China.However,technicians primarily rely on professional experience and simple performance comparisons to determine the most suitable program.This approach does not fully maximize the comprehensive value and economic benefits of sludge disposal.Therefore,this paper applies the principle of value engineering to compare municipal sludge disposal methods.It establishes a functional evaluation index system through actual case analysis,enabling the scientific and rational selection of the best municipal sludge disposal methods.
