摘要
近年来,顺北油田取得了重大油气突破,是中石化西北开发的主战场。顺北油气田为奥陶系碳酸盐岩裂缝-洞穴型油藏,储层埋藏深度大7300~8500m,地层压力>80MPa,地层温度>155℃,从上到下钻遇新生界到奥陶系的多套地层,其中古生界二叠系地层是二开提速提效的关键井段,二叠系地层存在破碎带、裂缝发育,易发生井漏;井壁稳定性差,易出现坍塌掉块,且该地层厚度大,火成岩夹砂泥岩,机械钻速低等难点,本文通过对二叠系地层特性分析以及提速工具的应用,总结出二叠系钻进推荐方案。
In recent years,Shunbei Oilfield has achieved significant breakthroughs in oil and gas,and is the main battlefield for Sinopec's northwest development.The Shunbei oil and gas field is a fractured cave type reservoir of Ordovician carbonate rocks,with a burial depth of 7300-8500m,formation pressure>80MPa,and formation temperature>155℃.Multiple sets of strata from the Cenozoic to the Ordovician were encountered during drilling from top to bottom,with the Paleozoic Permian strata being the key well section for improving the speed and efficiency of the second development.The Permian strata are pure in fractured zones and developed fractures,which are prone to well leakage.The stability of the wellbore is poor,and it is prone to collapse and block falling.In addition,the thickness of the formation is large,the igneous rock is interbedded with sand and mudstone,and the mechanical drilling speed is low.This article analyzes the characteristics of the Permian formation and the application of speed increasing tools to summarize the recommended drilling plan for the Permian system.
