恒系统在被动式住宅中的创新设计及应用研究——以西安高新·天谷雅舍6恒项目为例

Innovative Design and Application Research of Constant System in Passive Residential Buildings:Taking the Xi'an High-tech Tiangu Yashe 6 Constant Project as an Example

在建筑节能和绿色建筑理念的推动下,被动式房屋是一种新兴的建筑形式。而恒系统是一种以温湿度、PM2.5、噪声、洁净等为主要功能的健康舒适体系,也是实现节能减排的重要手段。恒系统是一种以“恒”为中心的健康、舒适系统,它在节能、安全、卫生等方面有着得天独厚的优势。近几年,由于国家对环境保护的关注,恒系统在节约能源和环境保护上取得了很大的进展。与此同时,在“绿色建筑”、“生态住宅”等国家倡导的背景下,恒系统这一新型的“绿色建筑”和“健康型”住宅,一定会给人们提供一个更加舒适、更健康的居住环境。本文首先介绍了被动式住宅的定义与特点,结合西安被动式住宅6恒暖通系统安装项目案例,讲述了本项目通过对回风管道布置方式重新优化,把以往主支管形式改为了分风箱独立末端布管,分析了每条管路通过的风量和压损,使得室内的温湿度数据被精准读取,并且通过对小匹数空调的开发应用,在使用中结合建筑电气的能耗标准,诠释了恒系统在被动式住宅的创新设计及应用成果。最后对恒系统在未来的发展与前景展望进行分析概述。

Driven by the concepts of building energy conservation and green building,passive housing is an emerging form of construction.The constant system is a health and comfort system which mainly functions in temperature and humidity,PM2.5,noise,cleanliness,etc.It is also an important means to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.Constant system is a health and comfort system centered on"constant",which has unique advantages in energy conservation,safety,hygiene,and other aspects.In recent years,due to the country's attention to environmental protection,Constant System has made great progress in energy conservation and environmental protection.At the same time,in the context of national initiatives such as"green buildings"and"ecological housing",Constant System,a new type of"green building"and"healthy"housing,will definitely provide people with a more comfortable and healthy living environment.This article first introduces the definition and characteristics of passive housing,and combines it with the case of the Xi'an Passive Housing 6 Constant Heating and Ventilation System Installation Project.It describes how this project optimizes the layout of the return air duct by changing the previous main and branch duct form to independent end distribution of the air distribution box.It analyzes the air volume and pressure loss through each duct,enabling accurate reading of indoor temperature and humidity data.Through the development and application of small horsepower air conditioning,combining the energy consumption standards of building electrical systems in use,this article interprets the innovative design and application achievements of the constant system in passive residential buildings.Finally,an analysis and overview of the future development and prospects of the constant system are provided.
