消痈散外敷联合砭石熨摩在急性乳腺炎患者中的应用

Application of Xiaoyong Powder external application combined with stone needle ironing in patients with acute mastitis

目的 探讨消痈散外敷联合砭石熨摩在急性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2023年1月泰安市中医医院收治的80例急性乳腺炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予砭石熨摩,研究组给予消痈散外敷联合砭石熨摩,比较两组疼痛评分、睡眠指数、舒适度及生活质量。结果 干预3、5 d后,研究组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);干预后,研究组睡眠指数低于对照组,舒适度评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 消痈散外敷联合砭石熨摩在急性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻疼痛、改善睡眠、提高舒适度和生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Xiaoyong Powder external application combined with stone needle ironing in patients with acute mastitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute mastitis in Tai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received stone needle ironing,and the study group received Xiaoyong Powder external application combined with stone needle ironing.The pain score,sleep index,comfort and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days and 5 days of intervention,the pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the sleep index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of comfort and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyong Powder external application combined with stone needle ironing in patients with acute mastitis has significant application effect,which can reduce pain,improve sleep,comfort and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
