帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒的临床效果

Clinical effect of Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of children with influenza

目的 探讨帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒的临床效果。方法 选取2017年8月至2023年7月临沂市兰山区妇幼保健院治疗的120例流行性感冒患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例)。观察组采用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗,对照组采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗。比较两组症状缓解时间、临床疗效及血清炎症因子水平。结果 观察组各项症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒的临床疗效较好,可改善临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of children with influenza.Methods A total of 120 children with influenza admitted to Lanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City from August 2017 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection,and the control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules.The symptom relief time,clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of children with influenza has better clinical efficacy and can promote clinical symptoms,which is worth promoting.
