绵羊心脏的X射线影像研究

摘要 为描述麻醉后健康绵羊心脏形态大小的基本数据指标,该试验通过对8只健康绵羊进行全身麻醉,分别用X线机在吸气结束时拍摄绵羊的左侧位、右侧位、背腹位、腹背位的胸部X光片。运用传统的测量评估法和椎体测量系统对心脏的形态大小的基本数据指标进行评估,建立参考范围。结果表明,麻醉后对绵羊胸腔内的心脏测量心胸比率(LH+RH)/LAT范围为0.65±0.16,椎体心脏比分(VHS)范围为(8.25±3.66)v,气管分叉处背侧胸椎椎体长度(Tn)范围为(37.81±2.02)mm,心基部到胸椎距离(Br-Sp)范围是(54.79±2.80)mm,胸深(D)范围是(214.25±6.19)mm,后腔静脉宽度(CVC)的范围(18.74±0.72)mm。上述结果对绵羊胸部疾病诊断有很大作用。 In order to describe the basic data indicators of the heart shape and size of healthy sheep after anesthesia,this experiment was conducted by general anesthesia of 8 healthy sheep.The left side,right side,dorsoventral and ventodorsal of the sheep were taken by X-ray machine at the end of inspiration.Traditional measurement and evaluation method and vertebral body measurement system were used to evaluate the basic data indexes of the shape and size of the heart,and establish a reference range.The results show that:Cardiothoracic ratio(LH+RH)/LAT was 0.65±0.16,VHS was(8.25±3.66)v,and vertebral body length(Tn)at the dorsal thoracic branch of the trachea was(37.81±2.02)mm.The distance from the base of the heart to the thoracic spine(Br-Sp)was(54.79±2.80)mm,the depth of the chest(D)was(214.25±6.19)mm,and the width of the posterior vena cava(CVC)was(18.74±0.72)mm.These results are useful for the diagnosis of chest diseases in sheep.
