牦牛内脏器官原位整体塑化标本三维建模与可视化的研究

摘要 目的:研究基于结构光三维扫描技术制作牦牛内脏器官原位整体塑化标本的可视化三维模型方法。方法:利用生物塑化技术制作牦牛的内脏器官原位整体塑化标本,再利用结构光三维扫描技术构建出塑化后的牦牛内脏器官原位整体的彩色数字三维模型,然后构建基于互联网的webvr系统,实现虚拟数字标本的可视化展示等流程,完成牦牛内脏器官原位整体塑化标本的三维建模与可视化展示。结果:基于生物塑化技术和结构光三维扫描技术构建出来的可视化三维牦牛内脏器官原位整体塑化标本模型,能真实再现牦牛的全身各部位的肌肉层次结构和内脏的形态及位置毗邻关系,精度高、清晰度好,可以任意角度旋转和缩放,能更好地辅助教学、科研和科普等工作,为后续建立其他大型动物标本的三维数字化模型积累经验。 Objective To study the visualization method of 3D model of in situ whole plasticized yak internal organs based on 3D scanning technique of structured light.Methods The whole in situ plasticized yak internal organs were prepared by using bioplasticizing technology,and the color digital 3D model of the whole in situ plasticized yak internal organs was constructed by using 3D scanning technology of structured light,and then an Internet-based webvr system was constructed to realize the visual display of virtual digital specimens and other processes.The three-dimensional modeling and visualization of in situ plasticized specimens of yak internal organs were completed.Results Based on the bioplasticization technology and the 3D scanning technology of structured light,the visualized 3D whole plasticized specimen model of yak internal organs in situ could reproduce the muscle hierarchy of all parts of the yak body and the shape and location of the internal organs.It had high precision,good definition,and could be rotated and scaled at any Angle.It can better assist teaching,scientific research and popular science,and accumulate experience for the subsequent establishment of three-dimensional digital models of other large animal specimens.
