摘要
为探究温度对黑斑蛙蝌蚪生长发育和适应性的影响。将黑斑蛙蝌蚪分别在7、17℃和27℃驯化温度下饲养,测定体重、全长、尾长和体宽4个形态指标,分析各项形态指标的变化以及最适温度、逃避温度和致死温度的研究。结果显示,在饲养1~7 d期间,27℃组的体重、体宽、全长增长率均高于17℃组。在7、17、27℃驯化条件下,其最适温度分别是28.44、30.03、30.70℃;其逃避温度分别为25.49、31.77、31.78℃;其高温致死温度范围是38.0~40.5℃。综合结果分析表明,27℃是黑斑蛙蝌蚪比较适合的饲养温度,不同温度驯化后的蝌蚪,其最适温度有明显差异(P<0.05),逃避温度存在显著差异(P<0.01),而其高温致死温度没有显著差异性(P>0.05)。通过调节驯化温度,能够提高黑斑蛙蝌蚪对环境温度的适应性。
To investigate the effects of temperature on development and adaptability of Pelophylaxnigromaculatus tadpoles.Pelophylaxnigromaculatus tadpoles were domesticated at water temperatures of 7℃,17℃,and 27℃,respectively.Four morphological measurement including,body weight,total length,tail length,and body width,were measured.The changes in various morphological indicators were analyzed,as well as the study of the optimal temperature,escape temperature,and lethal temperature.During the period of rearing for 1 to 7 days,the growth rates of body weight,body width and total length in the 27℃group were higher than those in the 17℃group.Under domestication conditions of 7℃,17℃,and 27℃,the optimal temperatures are 28.44℃,30.03℃,and 30.70℃,respectively;The escape temperatures are 25.49℃,31.77℃,and 31.78℃,respectively;Its high-temperature lethal temperature is 38.0 to 40.5℃.The results showed that 27℃is a suitable breeding temperature for Pelophylaxnigromaculatus tadpoles.After domestication at different temperatures,there is a significant difference in the optimal temperature(P<0.05)and escape temperature(P<0.01),while there is no significant difference in the high-temperature lethal temperature(P>0.05).The adjustment of the domestication temperature,can improve its to environmental temperaturefluctuation.
