摘要 随着口蹄疫对全球畜牧业的不断威胁,悬浮培养口蹄疫病毒灭活工艺的研究与发展愈发成为关注的焦点。该文旨在系统性地探讨该工艺在生产规模扩展与产能提升方面的关键问题,以满足不断增长的口蹄疫疫苗需求。深入分析原材料供应链、设备与工艺流程的优化以及质量控制等关键因素,重点关注新型悬浮培养技术、先进的灭活工艺和自动化生产等前沿技术的应用。安全与法规合规被特别强调,以确保疫苗生产的可靠性和安全性。在经济层面,进行生产成本与经济效益的全面评估,为决策者提供科学依据。最后,对当前面临的技术与市场挑战进行深刻分析,并提出未来发展的战略建议,旨在推动悬浮培养口蹄疫病毒灭活工艺的可持续发展,为口蹄疫防控提供更为有效的工具和战略支持。 With the ongoing threat of foot-and-mouth disease to global livestock,the research and development of the suspension-cultured foot-and-mouth disease virus inactivation process have increasingly become a focal point.This paper aims to systematically explore key issues related to the scale-up of production and the enhancement of capacity in this process to meet the growing demand for foot-and-mouth disease vaccines.In-depth analysis of critical factors such as the optimization of raw material supply chains,equipment,and processflows is conducted.Special attention is given to the application of novel suspension culture techniques,advanced inactivation processes,and automation in production.Emphasis is placed on the importance of safety and regulatory compliance to ensure the reliability and safety of vaccine production.From an economic perspective,a comprehensive assessment of production costs and economic benefits is undertaken to provide decision-makers with a scientific basis.Finally,a profound analysis of current technological and market challenges is presented,along with strategic recommendations for future development.The objective is to drive the sustainable development of the suspension-cultured foot-and-mouth disease virus inactivation process,offering more effective tools and strategic support for foot-and-mouth disease prevention and control.
