地方公费师范生职业倾向分类及影响因素

摘要 地方公费师范生未来职业发展差异与其最初的职业选择影响因素紧密相关。基于山东省511名地方公费师范生专业努力规划、职业坚守规划、专业发展期望及领导职位期望特征进行快速聚类分析,其职业倾向呈现为积极进取、积极奉献、消极谋生三种类型“;从教动机“”职业认知“”职业选择满意度”是导致不同职业倾向产生的主要影响因素,且差异显著。对不同职业倾向地方公费师范生进行针对性的引导和培养,有助于优化其未来职业发展。 The future career development outcomes of local public-funded teacher education students are significantly influenced by initial factors that shape their career decisions.Through an analysis of professional effort planning,career persistence planning,professional development expectations,and leadership position aspirations among 511 local public-funded teacher education students in Shandong Province,distinct career tendencies were identified:positive advancement,positive dedication,and passive survival.Factors such as"teaching motivation,""professional awareness,"and"satisfaction with career choice"play a critical role in determining these tendencies,with notable differences observed.Tailored guidance and training programs can effectively enhance the future career development of local public-funded teacher education students based on their specific career inclinations.
