摘要
随着河南能源集团煤炭销售业务的不断发展壮大,产品销售的运输、结算等方式不断增多,客户群体复杂化,旧的销售模式已无法满足大数据时代下经营管理需求,集中管控、市场布局、资源配置等营销战略的统筹规划及管理现状亟待升级改善。文章针对河南能源新疆公司多样化的销售模式,大范围的销售区域以及不同煤种长距离拉运的运输特点进行分析,积极探索出集团公司如何构建新疆公司长距离销售区域销售ERP系统,并利用该系统,协助销售公司顺利开展各项销售业务,实现集团公司对新疆分公司的集中化、统一化管理,降低企业期间库存量,减少生产期间费用,降低单位产品成本,从而达到增加公司销售收入与利润的目的。
As the business of Henan Energy Group's sales coal continues to grow and expand,with an increasing variety of transportation and settlement methods for product sales,a complex customer base,and the inadequacy of the old sales mode to meet the management requirements of the big data era,there is an urgent need to upgrade and improve the current situation of centralized control,market layout,resource allocation,and other overall planning and management of marketing strategies.This article analyzes the diversified sales modes,extensive sales areas,and transportation characteristics of long-distance hauling of different types of coal for Henan Energy's Xinjiang company.It actively explores how the group can construct a sales ERP system for long-distance sales in Xinjiang,and utilizes this system to assist the smooth operation of various sales activities of the sales company.The goal is to achieve the centralized and standardized management of Xinjiang branch by the group,reduce the inventory levels during the enterprise period,decrease the costs during production,and lower the unit product cost.Ultimately,this aims to increase the sales revenue and profits of the company.
