单套制趋势下高校档案管理系统建设研究

Research on the Construction of University Archives Management System under the Trend of Single Set System

随着信息时代和经济社会的快速发展,档案也相继出现新的记录形式和管理方式,电子文件单套制管理模式是信息时代发展的必然,档案管理系统早已不再是最初的计算机档案辅助管理软件,其功能随着信息技术的发展也在不断更迭、完善。以辽宁师范大学档案馆为例,分析各版本档案管理系统在功能实现上存在的问题,以及在大量产生电子文件的当下,档案管理系统建设所面临的挑战。结合高校档案管理的实际情况,对现阶段档案管理系统建设做出几点分析并提出相应对策。

With the rapid development of the information age and the economy and society,new forms of recording and management methods have emerged for archives.The single set management mode of electronic records is inevitable in the development of information age.The archive management system is no longer the original computer-aided archive management software,and its functions are constantly improving with the development of information technology.Taking the Archives of Liaoning Normal University as an example,analyze the problems in the functional implementation of various versions of archive management systems,as well as the challenges faced on the construction of archive management systems in the current era of a large number of electronic records.Based on the actual situation of archive management in universities,this paper analyzes the current construction of archive management systems and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
