基于办公自动化的档案数字化转型研究

Research on the Archival Digitalized Transformation Based on Office Automation

文章旨在研究基于办公自动化的档案数字化转型,研究发现,在办公自动化背景下的档案数字化转型,不仅可以提升档案管理工作效率,有效实现信息资源共享,还可以规范安全的档案储存,然而当前在办公自动化背景下档案管理面临人才、认知、协同和管理等困境,基于此,文章提出基于办公自动化的档案数字化转型的路径,以期推动数字化档案管理的不断创新和提升。

This paper aims to study the digitalized transformation of archives based on office automation.It is found that the digitalized transformation of archives under the background of office automation can not only improve the efficiency of archives management,effectively realize the sharing of information resources,but also standardize the secure storage of archives.However,the current archive management under the background of office automation faces on the puzzles such as talents,cognition,collaboration and management.Based on this,this paper puts forward the path of archival digitalized transformation based on office automation,in order to promote the continuous innovation and improvement of digitalized archives management.
