新媒体具有丰富党员教育内容、调动学生参与积极性、增强党建工作实效的优势。给高职院校党建工作带来机遇的同时,也对学生党员正确思想观念的培养、学生党员队伍建设、党建工作方式方法、网络舆情监管预警等方面提出新的挑战。新媒体时代下,高职院校应积极构建党建管理模式,完善党员管理信息系统,开辟线上党员教育途径,打造多功能服务平台,健全网络舆情监控机制,创新党建工作品牌,创新党建工作路径,以适应新形势、新需求,推动党建工作高质量发展。

New media possesses the advantages of enriching the content of party members'education,mobilizing students'enthusiasm for participation,and enhancing the effectiveness of party building.While bringing opportunities to the party building work in higher vocational colleges,it also poses new challenges to the cultivation of correct ideas of students party members,the construction of students party members,the methods of party building work,and the supervision and early warning of network public opinion.In the era of new media,higher vocational colleges should actively build a party building management mode,improve the party member management information system(MIS),open up the online party member education channels,build a multi-functional service platform,improve the network public opinion monitoring mechanism,innovate the party building work brand,and innovate the party building work path to adapt to the new situation and new needs and promote the high-quality development of party building work.
