乙二胺四乙酸铁钠对肉仔鸡生长性能和组织中铜、锌和锰元素沉积的影响

Effect of NaFeEDTA on Growth Performance and Deposition of Copper,Zinc and Manganese in Tissues of Broiler Chicks

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮添加乙二胺四乙酸铁钠(NaFeEDTA)对肉仔鸡生长性能和不同组织中铜、锌和锰沉积的影响。试验按3(铁源)×3(添加铁水平)+1(不加铁对照组)双因子完全随机试验设计,将560只1日龄AA肉公鸡随机分成10组,每组7个重复,每个重复8只鸡,分别饲喂未添加铁的玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(对照组)和在此基础日粮中分别添加20、40和60 mg/kg铁(分别源于硫酸亚铁(FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O)、饲料级NaFeEDTA和食品级NaFeEDTA的饲粮21 d。结果显示:与FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O组相比,饲粮添加不同来源的NaFeEDTA对肉仔鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);食品级和饲料级NaFeEDTA组心脏中铜、胫骨中锌以及肝脏和胫骨中锰元素的含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,添加NaFeEDTA从整体上促进了肉仔鸡心脏中铜、胫骨中锌以及肝脏和胫骨中锰元素的沉积。 The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of adding iron ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(NaFeEDTA)to the diet on growth performance and deposition of copper,zinc and manganese in different tissues of broilers.In a two-way completely randomized experimental design of 3(Fe source)×3(added Fe level)+1(no added Fe control),a total of 5601-day-age AA male broilers were randomly divided into 10 groups with 7 replicates per group and 8 chickens per replicate,and fed with corn soymeal basal diet without added Fe(the control group)and a diet supplemented with 20,40 and 60 mg/kg Fe in this basal diet derived from ferrous sulfate(FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O),a feed grade NaFeEDTA,and food grade NaFeEDTA for 21 days,re⁃spectively.The results showed that compared with the FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O group,the addition of NaFeEDTA from different sources to the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05);the levels of copper in the heart,zinc in the tibia and manganese in the liver and tibia were significantly higher in the food grade and feed grade NaFeEDTA groups(P<0.05).It's indicated that the addition of NaFeEDTA promoted the deposition of copper in the heart,zinc in the tibia and manganese in liver and tibia of broilers as a whole.
