摘要
目的:探讨外科护理学实践课程思政教学设计及其应用效果。方法:系统设计以“三条挖掘路径、六种目标精神”为主线的外科护理学实践课程教学方案,在2020级185名护理本科生中展开实施,通过问卷调查评价教学效果,并将2020级护生的理论、实践考核成绩与2019级护生进行比较。结果:2020级护生理论考核、实践考核成绩显著高于2019级护生(P<0.01);70%以上的护生认可该教学设计,并表示六种目标精神有所提升。结论:在外科护理学实践课程中开展思政教学,有利于提高护生理论知识、实践能力及思政素养,同时有利于提升教师的思政育人能力。
Objective:To explore the ideological and political teaching design of the Surgical Nursing Practice course and its application effect.Methods:The teaching scheme of the Surgical Nursing Practice course with“three mining paths and six target spirits”as the main line was systematically designed and implemented in 185 nursing undergraduates in 2020.The teaching effect was evaluated through a questionnaire survey,and the theoretical and practical assessment results of the 2020 nursing students were compared with those of the 2019.Results:The theoretical and practical assessment scores of grade 2020 nursing students were significantly higher than those of grade 2019 nursing students(P<0.01).More than 70%of the nursing students recognized the teaching design and said that the spirit of six goals had been improved.Conclusion:Carrying out ideological and political teaching in the Surgical Nursing Practice course is conducive to improving nursing students’theoretical knowledge,practical ability and ideological and political accomplishment,and improving teachers’ideological and political education ability.
