“岗课赛证”融通背景下高职教育评价体系探索

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,在产业结构不断优化的背景下,各行各业对技术技能型人才的需求日益增长,这使得高职教育在国家人才培养体系中的地位越发重要。为了更好地适应市场的岗位需求、提高学生的职业素养,以及响应国家关于深化职业教育改革的战略要求,高职教育评价体系亟待创新与完善。在这一背景下,高职教育提出了“岗课赛证”融通的教育理念。其中,“岗位”体现了对接现代职业技能的要求,“课程”注重理论与实践的结合,“竞赛”为学生提供了技能展现与提升的平台,而“证书”则为学生在职场中获得权威认证与职业发展提供保障。这四者的有机结合不仅促进了教学方法的创新,还引导了评价方式的转变,即由过去单一的知识测试向综合能力的评价转变,强调对学生实践能力和综合素质的培养。这一新的评价体系的提出,旨在构建与职业教育培养目标相适应的评价标准,更好地促进学生的全面发展,满足社会对技术技能型人才的多元需求。 With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous optimization of industrial structure,the demand for technical and skilled talents in all walks of life is growing day by day,which makes higher vocational education increasingly important in the national talent training system.In order to better adapt to the job demands in the market,improve students’professional quality,and respond to the country’s strategic requirements for deepening vocational education reform,the evaluation system of higher vocational education is in urgent need of innovation and improvement.In this context,the concept of job-course-competition-certificate integration has been put forward in higher vocational education.In the integration,“job”reflects the requirements for connecting modern professional skills;“course”focuses on the combination of theory and practice;“competition”provides students with a platform to display and improve their skills;“certificate”helps students gain authority in the workplace and career development guarantee.In addition,the organic combination of the four not only promotes the innovation of teaching methods,but also guides the transformation of evaluation methods,from a single knowledge test in the past to the evaluation of comprehensive abilities,emphasizing the cultivation of students’practical abilities and comprehensive qualities.The proposal of this new evaluation system aims to construct evaluation standards that are compatible with the training objectives of vocational education,better promote the all-round development of students,and meet the diverse needs of society for technical and skilled talents.
