摘要
针对当前我国甘薯秧蔓机械化收获环节存在收净率低、秧蔓缠绕机具、伤薯率高等问题,严重制约了甘薯全程机械化的推进。为了突破以上难题,通过查阅大量国内外文献以及实地调研,充分了解甘薯在田间的生长形态以及农艺要求,结合甘薯秧蔓收获的切-送-归集理论,结合CAD技术与CAE技术,进行了甘薯秧蔓切割过程中仿垄型拨禾切割装置的运动学和动力学的仿真分析,在机具作业过程中,秧蔓与仿垄型拨禾切割装置相互作用,分析切割甘薯秧蔓的运动过程,探究甘薯秧蔓在整个切送归集收获过程中的运动规律。
There were problems of mechanized harvesting of sweet potato seedlings and vines in China such as low net revenue rate,vines twisting on machinery and equipment and high rate of potato damage,which seriously restricted the promotion of whole mechanization of sweet potato production.In order to solve the above problems,a ridge imitation cutting device for sweet potato seedlings and vines harvesting was designed and its kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis were carried out through consulting of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and field research results and under consideration of growth form and agronomic requirements of sweet potato in the field,and combined with cut-send-collection theory of sweet potato seedlings and vines harvesting and CAD and CAE technology.Moving procedure of cutting sweet potato seedlings and vines was analyzed,and moving law of sweet potato seedlings and vines during cut-send-collection procedure was expounded with the aim to provide references for parameter design of the cutting device.
