数智时代产教融合与校企合作创新路径研究

Study on Innovation Path of Industry and Education Integration and Cooperation Between School and Enterprise in Digital Intelligence Era

数智时代产教融合与校企合作是高职院校职教改革的关键要素,推进产教融合和校企合作深层次发展是提升高职院校人才培养质量的重要措施。文章以产教融合和校企合作的背景和政策支持为切入点,分析了持续推进深化产教融合与校企合作的重要意义,阐述了目前产教融合和校企合作构成中遇到的现实问题。通过优化产教融合和校企合作的规划途径,推进产教融合服务组织参与产教融合和校企合作,改善合作的双元监督和实施评价机制,提高产教融合和校企合作的合作水平和合作深度,促进数智时代背景下高职院校的体系建设与改革。

In the era of digital and intellectual intelligence integration of industry and education and cooperation between school and enterprise are the key elements of vocational education reform in higher vocational colleges.Promotion of the integration of industry and education and deep development of cooperation between school and enterprise are important measures to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Based on background and policy support of the integration and cooperation of school and enterprise,the significance of promotion for integration and cooperation of school and enterprise was analyzed,current practical problems in the integration and cooperation were discussed.Optimization of planing paths and promotion of service organization could raise the level and degree of the integration and cooperation of school and enterprise under the improvement of double supervision and evaluation mechanism with the aim to promote system construction and reform of vocational college in the Digital Intelligence Era.
