油田用防垢剂的动态防垢评价与多重光散射分析及其应用

摘要 采用动态结垢评价法和多重光散射技术分析法研究了3种防垢剂FG-01、FG-02和FG-03的综合防垢效果以及作用机理。动态结垢实验结果表明,FG-03的综合防垢率可达96.24%,效果较好。多重光散射技术分析结果表明:在FG-03作用下,成垢溶液透光率较高,达到85%以上;垢颗粒平均粒径较小,在0.015μm以下,垢颗粒处于分散状态,不易聚集变大,FG-03作用机理以分散作用为主。现场试验效果表明,FG-03可使管道短节内壁干净光滑,防垢效果较好。 The comprehensive anti-scaling effect and mechanism of three scale inhibitors FG-01,FG-02,and FG-03 were studied using dynamic scaling evaluation and multiple light scattering technology analysis method.The results of dynamic scaling experiments showed that rate is FG-03<FG-01<FG-02.the comprehensive effect of FG-03 is the best.The results of multiple light scattering analysis showed that the light transmittance of the scaling solution is high,reaching over 85%under the action of FG-03.The average particle size of scale particles is small,within 0.015μm.The scale particles are in a dispersed state and are not easy to aggregate and grow.The FG-03 acts as a dispersal agent.The on-site test results show that FG-03 can make the inner wall of the pipe joint clean and smooth,and the anti-scaling effect is good.
